Breath and Healing Crystals are an excellent way to stabilize and protect. I am passionate about Crystals and have been an avid collector for many years. My work as a Spirit Medium taught me to appreciate Crystals as a way to support my client's healing process as well as my own continuous spiritual and intuitive development. Crystals are filled with the divine light, they store and magnify the energy of our thoughts. For this reason, you can program your Crystal with intention.
Marcel Vogel (1917-1991) was an American Senior Scientist with IBM for 27 years and globally respected quartz crystal researcher. Marchel had a genius of an inquisitive mind. Once he discovered for himself that the energies of mind affect matter, he then went into serious scientific research.
He discovered that the inhaling and exhaling of breath are connected to the receiving and transmitting of information. Taking his research further he discovered that Quartz Crystals can amplify, store and transfer these energies of thought.

“How can I program my intention into my crystal or crystal jewelry?”
It doesn't need to be complicated! Here is a very simple yet effective way to place your intention into your stone:
Find a quiet moment. Rub your hands vigorously until the palms become warm and activated. Standing up straight, holding your crystal/crystal jewelry, close your eyes. Allow your body to relax while simultaneously creating a sense of grounding and strength. Begin with a few centering and cleansing breaths, following the natural rhythm of each in- and out-breath consciously. Cupp your hands holding the crystal/crystal jewelry between the palms of your hands. Formulate your intention, you can be as casual or specific as you like. Imagine the energy of your intention as pure light flowing from your mind into your heart center, feel the radiant light warming your heart. Now send the light of your intention through your arms into the palms of your hand and into the crystal. Saturate the light of your intention with LOVE! Love is the greatest manifesting power! The crystal will tell you when the process is complete, or the energy will simply “turn off”.
“Do I need to clear, charge and program each crystal after purchase?”
I started creating healing crystal jewelry a few years ago. In 2017 I opened my crystal shop Nine Maidens Market. I personally design and craft each piece in Nine Maidens Market with Love and positive intention. I clear, charge and program each piece to bring maximum balance and harmony to the wearer. If you prefer to program your piece for a specific purpose, follow the above directions.
If you are not sure about the source of your crystal or crystal jewelry I recommend clearing and charging each crystal after purchase. You can clear your stones by simply holding them under running water, charging them under the sun- or moonlight, or immersing them in a natural body of water like the ocean, a river, lake or stream.
